The Fight Capital Youth program is becoming everything it was meant to be. Leo Ramos has developed the youth jiu jitsu classes into a disciplined and fun environment for kids of all ages. The focus and skill development of each child is beginning to take shape even with the 3 year olds that participate. Eddie Moreno and Jason Crocco are having the same success with the Kids Muay Thai and Boxing classes.
October 17, Lanell KO Bellows will step out of the shadows and into the spotlight with his biggest test ever facing undefeated 14-0 Edgar Berlanga on the undercard of Vasyl Lomachenko vs Teofimo Lopez in Las Vegas, Nevada. KO has been training under the watchful eye of world class trainer David Sample "Coach King". The chemistry between KO and Coach King in camp has been amazing, with a solid game plan the duo expects to shake up the Super middleweight division.
